SIUMAI: Traditional chinesse steamed dumpling stuffed with Pork and Chicken
TARTAR DE SANDIA Y HONGOS: (vegan option): Shiitake mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, and watermelon prepared with a sesame oil and mustard emulsion, served on a crispy bed of black quinoa, flaxseed, and kiwicha
CROQUETAS DE CECINA: Crispy croquettes of cecina and charqui with roux sauce served with a cream of plantain and smoked pineapple
